Ronald Baughman, M.D.
Ronald Baughman, M.D., received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. He completed his residency at Pontiac General Hospital, Pontiac, Michigan.
Dr. Baughman specializes in general surgery, and also performs advanced laparoscopic and intra-abdominal surgery. He treats patients of all ages.
He is a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
Dr. Baughman is married and the father of four children. He enjoys running, biking and water sports.
Vince Delumpa, M.D., FACS
Vince Delumpa, M.D., is a board-certified general surgeon with special interest and training in advanced laparoscopic surgery. Dr Delumpa joined Community Surgeons of Indiana on July 1, 2011.
Dr. Delumpa was born in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana. He received an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1991. He completed his general surgery training at the University of Illinois at Chicago/Cook County Hospital, where he was the administrative chief resident of general surgery from 1995 to 1996. Dr. Delumpa has been a general surgeon in the Noblesville, Tipton and Elwood areas in private practice since completion of his training. He has also been the chief of medical staff for several years at local hospitals.
Se habla español. Dr. Delumpa minored in Spanish in college and studied in Seville, Spain his last semester in college, spending a total of six months in Europe. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys communicating in Spanish when he has the opportunity.
Dr. Delumpa is proudly married to his wife Amy, a local physician who grew up in Indianapolis. He enjoys his free time golfing, but most of all watching and participating in his six children’s school and sports activities.
Jon Jansen, M.D.
Jon Jansen, M.D., received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington. He went on to receive his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed a residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Dr. Jansen is board certified in general surgery. In addition to general surgery, he specializes in laparoscopic surgery and outpatient surgery, with a focus on colon, gallbladder and hernias. He treats patients of all ages.
He is a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, and Indianapolis Medical Society.
Dr. Jansen is married and the father of three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, water sports and overall fitness and nutrition.
Joseph J. Pavlik, M.D., FACS
Joseph J. Pavlik, M.D., attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed a residency at University of Cincinnati Hospitals in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Pavlik is board eligible in general surgery. He specializes in abdominal surgery, hernias, biliary (gallbladder) surgery and pancreatic surgery. He performs laparoscopic surgery with a focus on spleen, pancreas, colon and hernias. He treats patients of all ages.
He is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Pavlik is married and the father of three teenagers. In his spare time, he enjoys hockey and is a high-performance driving instructor.
